Bullying in the Workplace
Bullying is a serious and common problem that can take shape or form in many different ways. It can include physical or verbal aggression, criticism, humiliation, exclusion or undermining someone’s confidence. Being a victim of bullying can have a devastating impact on your emotional wellbeing. You may lose all faith in yourself, feel miserable and become ill or depressed.
Thankfully, you don’t have to put up with bullying. There are a number of things you can do if you are being bullied and there are various organisations that can provide support and guidance.
